YES!!
There are so many unwanted, unfixed, abandoned cats having kittens on the streets. They are prey to coyotes, raccoons, poison, disease, run over by cars and abused by people who dislike them. Female street cats give birth to litters of kittens two or three times a year. Their kittens will have kittens at just five months. These cats must scavenge for food and are undernourished and perpetually afraid. Most street cats survive no more than three years on the mean streets. No creature loves comfort more than a cat. It is so heartbreaking to see the conditions they live in. Many of these newborn kittens and their moms die on the streets.
Where do your kittens come from?
One of the questions we are frequently asked by people adopting our kittens, is where do our kittens come from? The answer is EVERYWHERE! The streets, back alleys, barns, left behind in apartments, surrendered by owners, the Humane Society. We have had kittens found in dumpsters (all too common), a day-old kitten dropped by a bird, born under a garden shed or garage, found in hedges, abandoned cars, plant pots....The List is ENDLESS!!
Each year, millions of unwanted animals are euthanized because there just aren't as many homes available as there are animals.

If You Are Still Not Convinced:
1. If you want to experience "the miracle of birth" by breeding, you should also experience the "tragic results" of that decision by visiting a shelter first.
2. Those strays that do not end up in shelters suffer sickness, exposure, starvation and death on the streets of the nation's cities and towns.
The Solution Is Simple: Stop the Births . . .
